About the Role
Catalyst Core Group finds and assigns clients to you as projects come in (no guaranteed hours, fully flexible, paid per project or gig). Kept simple, clear, and applicant-friendly, like the previous ones.
Requirements
Experience designing websites (personal projects, freelance work, client sites, landing pages, or portfolios all count)
Strong skills in visual design, layout, color theory, typography, and user-friendly interfaces (UI/UX basics)
Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Sketch, or similar (no need for ultra-advanced mastery)
Solid understanding of responsive design (works great on mobile, tablet, and desktop)
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (enough to build or tweak simple sites; we can provide guidance on more complex parts)
Good eye for modern web trends, clean aesthetics, and making sites look professional and engaging
Reliable and able to deliver designs or updates on schedule (part-time hours, flexible—remote-friendly)
Portfolio or examples of your work (links to live sites, Behance, Dribbble, Figma prototypes, or screenshots)
Self-motivated, creative, and communicative (easy to collaborate with)
